| Do you agree to NEVER give or sell your dog from Mon Petit Biewers (My Little Puppies) to any other person? We require notice before any changing of ownership will be approved. Under no circumstances can any of our dogs be relinquished to an animal shelter----we will rehome the dog for our families. |

| Do you understand that our planned waiting lists are ESTIMATES, and can be subject to change in cases of skipped heat, fewer puppies than planned, or a breeding not resulting in pregnancy. If this occurs, we will transfer your deposit to the next available litter. We cannot control nature, but do our best to plan our waiting lists for our families. |
